I had a nightmare. I remember waking up in the middle of the night gasping. My lungs were burning and I couldn’t seem to get enough air. My heart was trying to beat its way out of my chest and I was paralyzed.
I wish I could remember what it was about.

hot yoga and breakfast was such a fantastic way to start the day, especially when you’re with a friend. it definitely got me through the rest of the day.

My muscles were shaking..beads of sweat between my shoulder blades..the air so thick.
Hot yoga went much better than I anticipated. But more work needs to be done. At least my back muscle has stopped bothering me after acting up all day. All this pain from one little cough.
